We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train baristas
- Ensure the quality of coffee and food products
- Develop and implement new beverage recipes
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Manage inventory and ordering
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a barista
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and preparation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
